« At your service Hélène! » These are words I love to hear, ringing in my ears. How nice it is to see one’s authority respected. How nice it is to see the trust my students place in me when they understand the trust I place in them. How pleasant it is to see the eyes and hear the words of the citizens I protect. These are the pillars of my life, and this is what I dedicate it to. I’ve been a policewoman for 10 years now, but mentally I’ve been one since my earliest childhood. So much so that I recently joined a top-secret program that I can’t tell anyone about. That’s why I’m writing about it in my diary. It’s called the TACTICAL program and it’s everything I want to achieve. If I had to sum it up in two words? Civil protection.
